The Lion Tamarin House
No need to fear! There are not any lions big or small waiting for you inside. Be brave and step inside to enjoy something completely different: the playful antics of distant relatives. You can view two small clawed monkey species running around in the branches in this small copy of a South American tropical rainforest: lion tamarins and marmosets.

A brief history
This tiny building was put into service in 2000, based on the reconstruction of an existing home for lesser ungulates. The first pygmy marmoset was born here on 7 May 2004.
