You can get closer to the wildlife than you ever thought before, meeting animals eye-to-eye, smell the giraffes and learning trade secrets about the sea aquarium. Discover the best the zoo has to offer by taking an insider's tour, enabling you to access all areas. Select a behind-the-scenes visit to various animal houses or just one in particular.

What you can expect

You will take a walk around the zoo, seeing the view usually reserved for staff in the company of a skilled guide.
You will enter special places that cannot be accessed by ordinary visitors. You will learn the hidden life of the animals that cannot be seen anywhere else. You will get as close to the animals as it's possible to be, and can stroke and feed them.
Tours last aproximatelly 90 minutes depending on the tour specified.
We will select the tour with you according to the options of our animal facilities.

Access all areas

Eye-to-Eye with the giraffes - Try tempting the giraffes with some juicy leaves to lure them as close as possible. Experience the herd from up close. See the giraffes at eye level from the observation walkway in their inner or outer enclosures.
The other side of the aquarium - Discover the secrets of life in the oceans. Visit the breeding centre for coral and sea creatures. Take a peek at the crocodiles.
Darwin's station - Overcome your fears and test your courage. Get touchy feely with the reptiles and other creatures in the Darwin Station.
At certain points, the offer can be limited due to operational restrictions.

When you can go?

All year long, from Monday to Sunday.
The program needs to be reserved at least a week in advance.
The service is provided only in agreed dates and times, during the opening hours of the zoo. During the year, the offer can be limited due to operational restictions.

The prices below apply for a group of 1 to 20 persons depending on the number of stops on the tour (all prices in CZK). The guide can be in English or Polish.

Listed prices are for the group of 1-10 persons. More than 1 group can be reserved. The number of groups in one day can be limited due to safety of the clients and well-being of the animals. In the case of purchase of several products (accommodation in Hotel Safari for example) , the price can be adjusted depending on the season and mutual agreement.
